Savills to manage office building on Lindleya street in Warsaw

Savills has been named property manager of the office building at 16 Lindleya street in Warsaw. The property is located next to Starynkiewicza Square in Warsaw’s city center and offers 4,855 sqm. The property is owned by OKAM Global Commercial. “We are pleased to have this opportunity to share our commercial real estate expertise with our client, who has successfully completed multiple residential projects and has now expanded its office portfolio with the acquisition of the building at 16 Lindleya street in Warsaw,” said Bartłomiej Łepkowski, head of property and asset management at Savills.
