Echo investment is continuing advanced construction work on a mixed-use project in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district. Moje Miejsce will include a residential estate with 244 apartments, two office buildings offering 34,000 sqm of space, business premises and many amenities. The first office building was put into use in May 2019. Tenants include Havas Group, CitySpace, ANG Spółdzielnia, Mastercard and Corteva. The residential project will be equipped with a smart home management system called Echo Smart. By using a mobile device, a user can control blinds and shutters, regulate temperature and sun exposure and introduce scenarios that will take care of suitable light, mood or music after arriving home. JEMS Architekci designed the project, which is scheduled for completion in 2021.
