Construction broke ground on the expansion of a production plant that makes specialized telecommunications systems at Panattoni Park Szczecin I. The developer will add an additional 32,000 sqm next to the existing 32,000 sqm facility. By June, the logistics and industrial complex will be 80 percent completed, and by the end of the year, Panattoni intends to start work on the final 42,000 sqm phase of the park. The project will total 220,700 sqm once fully built out.
