Echo Investment has started construction on the last phase of the Jarzębinowe Osiedle residential project in Łódź. The final phase of the investment is underway on Górnicza street and will feature 100 apartments. The public space will be fitted with bike racks, electric car charges, private parcel pick-up points as well as a playground. The project is in close proximity to schools, kindergartens and Szarych Szeregów park. The whole investment will include a total of 800 apartments. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2021.
