A Kaufland supermarket in Kutná Hora underwent a complete disinfection procedure after it one of its cashiers tested positive for coronavirus. Health officials investigated the store’s hygienic procedures but found them to be in line with its norms. The town’s mayor Josef Vitkora thanked Kaufland’s rapid response and willingness to provide information about the situation. He confirmed that a disinfection had been carried out on the entire store as well as the shopping carts. The cashier was only the second person to test positive in Kutná Hora so far and the sevent in the region.
