One United Properties is poised to break ground on a luxury residential project in Bucharest’s Floreasca area. The company bought the 25,839 sqm plot from Telekom. The project, One Peninsula, will include eight villas and 125 apartments. This is the seventh project One United Properties is currently working on in Bucharest. Its other projects include One Cotroceni Park, with more than 700 apartments on 5.8 ha, and One Verdi Park, with 24,000 sqm of offices and 134 apartments, scheduled for delivery at the end of 2021.
