A retail chain has leased 35,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Gliwice III. The tenant, whose name was not disclosed, will move into the park before the end of April. The distribution center is now fully leased. Panattoni Park Gliwice III is located in northwestern Upper Silesia and offers 168,500 sqm. Since starting its European operations, Panattoni has delivered 9.6 million sqm of space. The demand for warehouse space in the region reached 3.75 million sqm in 2019, while supply increased by 2.8 million sqm, of which Panattoni delivered close to 60 percent . The developer is currently working on extending its proprietary parks, both in the major markets of Warsaw, Upper and Lower Silesia, Poznań and Central Poland as well as emerging markets. T
