Panattoni is building a new logistics park in Duchnów near Warsaw. A2 East Warsaw Park will offer 80,000 sqm in three halls. The first tenant, a logistics operator, is planning to move in in October. “Even though the Warsaw region is the most saturated logistics market in Poland, its appeal remains strong. At present, it provides more than 4.3 million sqm of space out of the 18+ million sqm built to date nationwide, and the demand for more is not waning,” said Marek Dobrzycki, managing director at Panattoni. “Especially at the newly built logistics hubs, such as the Konik junction, which without a doubt is bound to play a similar role in the east of Warsaw as the Konotopa junction currently plays in the west.”
