ExxonMobil has taken a 15,500 sqm lease in Luxembourg Plaza in Prague 3, a move that will allow it to consolidate its 1,300 employees working in two locations into a single office. Some of the company’s employees already work in the building, while the rest is currently located nearby in Atrium Flora. Bringing the two groups will require substantial fit out work at Luxembourg Plaza, including reconstructing the existing space. The work will be overseen the the building consultancy team at CBRE, which also brokered the lease deal. ExxonMobil is expected to move into the space in the first quarter of 2022.
