DTS Transport has leased 3,300 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznań V and 1,600 sqm at Panattoni Park Szczecin I. The company, which provides transport and assembly services, was represented by Cresa during the lease process. “To accommodate its rapid business growth in Greater Poland and Western Pomerania, DTS Transport decided to considerably expand its warehouse footprint in both regions,” said Jakub Dudkiewicz of the industrial and warehouse department at Cresa Poland. “We searched for prime facilities with a large number of loading docks and within a 10 km radius from the company’s previous locations.”
