Dedeman, controlled by Dragos and Adrian Paval, is planning to develop a large-scale mixed-use project in Bacau. The scheme will include a shopping and entertainment district as well as residential and office components. There will also be a hotel. Dedeman intends to move its headquarters to the scheme, which will go up along the Bistrita River on an 86.6 ha plot. The development will go up in several phases. The project is being designed by Epstein.
