A total of 147,300 sqm was added to the Wrocław’s office market in 2019, increasing supply to 1.18 million sqm, according to Cushman & Wakefield. This was the second year in a row that Wrocław has seen its office stock expand by nearly 150,000 sqm. Last year’s largest completion was the second phase of Vastint’s Business Garden Wrocław, offering 76,800 sqm in six buildings. Other completions included Cavatina’s Carbon Tower (17,600 sqm), Reino/Buma’s Cu Office B (10,600 sqm), Skanska’s NowyTarg (24,600 sqm) and Archicom’s City Forum: City One (11,250 sqm), according to Cushman & Wakefield.
