The first building at Panattoni Park Żory has been completed. The building offers 36,500 sqm and has already secured its first tenants. At full build-out, Panattoni Park Żory will offer 84,000 sqm in two buildings. “The demand for top-class warehouse space is growing steadily, and this phenomenon is also visible in Żory, a market we initiated. Class A warehouse space complies not only with specific technical requirements, such as height and LED lighting, but also with the highest environmental and energy standards, including BREEAM,” said Justyna Kononowicz, senior leasing manager at Panattoni. “This in turn translates into lower running costs and builds an image of a socially responsible business.”
