Skanska leased 21,000 sqm of office space last year in its newest projects in Bucharest, including Equilibrium 1 and Campus 6.2 and 6.3. Equilibrium 1, which offers 20,800 sqm of offices, is currently 74 percent leased. Campus 6.2 and 6.3 will be completed in the second half of 2020 and are already 99 percent leased. Tenants include companies such as Société Générale European Business Services, Filip & Company, Contexpert, Signal Iduna, Mylan, Newton, Synergy Construct and World Class.
