Singapore Press Holdings (SPH) has acquired a 284 bed student housing facility called Galileo Residenz. It’s located on the campus of the University of Bremen campus within walking distance of the Bremen Technology Park. The seller of the property Liberty Living. The property will be managed by a Host, a UK-based provider of student housing. SPH was advised in the transaction by Dentons. It’s a listed media company based in Singapore which makes additional real estate assets. Its portfolio of student apartments now totals 5,345 beds in 11 cities in the UK and Germany.
