Colliers International has been named property manager of Zebra Tower and Lipiński Passage in Warsaw. The buildings are owned by Union Investment. Zebra Tower is a 17-story office building located next to the Politechnika metro station. The investment offers 17,000 sqm of office space as well as a two-level underground car park for 124 vehicles. Lipiński Passage offers 3,400 sqm of premium-class office space as well as retail and food service premises. The tenement house is located at the corner of Aleje Jerozolimskie and Emilii Plater street in the immediate vicinity of the Central Station.
