Panattoni is planning to build a dedicated facility for Orbico Supply in Teresin, northern Poland. The company, part of the Orbico Group, is a distributor of globally known brands for the FMCG sector as well as small household appliances. The warehouse will offer 25,000 sqm of space. The developer is aiming to get the project BREAM Good certification. The tenant will move in in February 2021.
