Metropolitan Developments is planning to build a residential scheme on a 3 ha plot of land in Bucharest’s Pipera area. The project is currently in the design phase. Construction is scheduled to break ground later this year. Metropolitan Pipera will include between 1,000 and 1,200 apartments, ranging from 50 sqm to 150 sqm. The residential complex will also offer commercial and service areas.
