Jiří Hrbáček, Portfolio Manager at Wood & Co., has been confirmed as a speaker at HOF Forum, a property conference coming up on April 2 in Prague. He’ll take part in the investment panel, which will consider whether ultra-low interest rates are deforming Central Europe’s property markets. It will also explore whether today’s investment markets are vulnerable to unexpected interest rate hikes and the impact any economic slowdown would have on them. Wood & Co. won the Best Asset Manager prize at the CIJ Awards Slovakia at the end of last year. HOF Forum is being held in connection with the HOF Awards, in which the winning projects from the CIJ Awards across CEE compete for the top prize.
