Construction broke ground on Panattoni Park Tricity South II. The project will offer 70,000 sqm of warehouse and manufacturing space in two buildings, which will go up in stages. The first 25,000 sqm will be delivered in August. More than 3,500 sqm has already been taken and will be used for light manufacturing, packaging and storage purposes. The investment is expected to receive BREEAM Very Good certification.
