Comdata leased 4,200 sqm in the first phase of The Light project in Bucharest’s Politehnica area. The company will move in in April. The lease is for five years. The Light One building offers 21,653 sqm of space in 11 above-ground floors and two basement levels. The entire mixed-use scheme, underway by River Development, will include three office buildings and a residential complex, equipped with facilities like social areas, special dining areas, promenades and green spaces.
