CA Immobilien expects that the favorable market conditions in Germany will help drive a €450m revaluation of its property portfolio for 2019. It’s already booked €193.5m for the first three quarters of the year but anticipates a further improvement of €260m for the last three months. This would place the value of CA Immo’s property portfolio ar roughly €5.2bn as of December 31, 2019. The result reflects the company’s profitable property development business, which completed three projects last year and has five more planned for 2020. Assets in its core markets of Munich and Berlin have fared particularly well and will provide a major boost to the portfolio’s total value.
