Grund Group has purchased the Kontorhaus in Frankfurt, a 6,400 sqm office building which is currently fully let. Located on Mainzer Landstrasse, the primary tenant is Deutsche Bahn but it also houses a large doctors’ surgery and a fast food restaurant. The Gallus district in which the building is situated is a rapidly modernizing part of the central business district which includes the large Skyline Plaza shopping mall and office towers such as Tower 185 and The One. Westbrook Partners is the seller of the property. The transaction was accompanied by Savills. In addition to 6,000 sqm of office and restaurant space, it includes 276 square meters of storage facilities.
