Ioan Pavel, owner of the Daily Group, is planning to develop a residential project in Iasi. The project, which will have a maximum height of 115 meters will go up on the former Vinia site, covering about 40,000 sqm. Pavel bought the land in 2017 for €1.9m. The project will include seven highrise buildings, three of which will have 25 floors, while the remaining four will have 10 floors. The project already received approval from the Urbanism Commission of the Iasi Local Council.
