Selena has expanded its office space to 3,250 sqm at the Silver Forum building in Wrocław. Colliers International represented the manufacturer of construction chemicals, while Cushman & Wakefield supported Multi Poland, which conducted negotiations on behalf of the owner, Kensington Silver Forum. The property is a class A mixed-use building located near Strzegomski Square in Wrocław and offers 15,000 sqm of space. Cushman & Wakefield is the sole leasing agent for the property, while Multi Poland acts as property manager.
