Walter Herz has been appointed exclusive commercialization agent for the Centrum Kr贸lewska office building in Warsaw. The investment is located at the intersection of Marsza艂kowska and Kr贸lewska streets opposite the Saski Garden and offers 11,000 sqm of leasable space on 14 floors that can be arranged according to the tenant needs. Three underground floors offer parking for 108 vehicles. The building was designed by APA Kury艂owicz & Associates.
