Three merchant houses have hit the market in Bucharest. Artmark Historical Estate, which is selling the properties on behalf of their owners, estimates that the sales will net a total of €9.8m. The first house is located near Lipscani and Calea Moșilor streets. It features 30 rooms, 12 bathrooms and 1,040 sqm of land. The second property, located in the capital’s Jewish Quarter, has 60 rooms, 24 bathrooms and an interior courtyard. There is also commercial space on the ground floor. The third house has 10 rooms and three bathrooms. It was built in 1913.
