CPI Property Group has acquired the Equator II office building in Warsaw from Karimpol Polska. Equator II is located on Aleje Jerozolimskie on the border of the Śródmieście and Ochota districts. The 14-story class A office building was completed in 2011. Equator II offers 23,100 sqm of space and is 99 percent leased. Tenants include companies from the medical, IT, real estate and insurance sectors. The property is the fifth office project acquired by CPIPG after it unveiled its investment strategy in October. In the fourth quarter of 2019 and at the beginning of 2020, CPIPG purchased high-quality office buildings in Warsaw with a total lease area of 200,000 sqm.
