New Work has leased 4,500 sqm of office space in the Neon building of the Alchemia complex in Gdańsk. Neon is the fourth and final stage of the Alchemia office scheme. The building offers 33,500 sqm of office space. The space between Neon and its Alchemia sister building, Argon, will form a pedestrian throughway with access to restaurants and retail services. The buildings are LEED Platinum certified. The complex was designed by APA Wojciechowski.
