Gran Via Real Estate has invested more than €200m in Romania over the past 15 years, delivering by the end of 2019 about 1,800 apartments. The Spanish developer’s 2020 pipeline includes the last phase of Timișoara 58 (300 apartments) and the first phase of Gran Via Marina in Constanța (192 apartments). The company is also preparing to break ground on new phases in its Gran Via Park and Aviation Apartments projects.
