Bergamot Developments, which is owned by Impact, is set to start work on the last phase of Luxuria Domenii Residence in Bucharest’s Expozitiei area. Construction will include 130 apartments in two buildings. The investment is valued at €11.6m. Luxuria Domenii Residence spreads over a 22,500 sqm land parcel. It will offer a total of 630 apartments in nine housing blocks as well as 9,650 sqm of vegetation, including a 2,500 sqm park.
