Huge differences in resi prices along Prague’s metro stations

Lidove noviny reports that flats on Prague’s Old Town Square metro stop cost three times the amount that units in Černý Most. It puts the average flat in the hostoric location at CZK 169,820 per sqm, while flats on the eastern edge of town can be bought for just CZ 61,191. LN cites the web portal Valuo.cz, which found that the most expensive apartments are along the A line (on average CZK 110,100 per sqm), followed by the B line (CZK 93,700 per sqm). Flats found along the oldest line, the C line go for an average of CZK 87,000 per sqm. The biggest price difference Valuo.cz found between two stations was the CZK 61,216 per sqm gap between Hradčanska and Malostranská. It also claims there’s a CZK 51,460 sqm difference to be found between flats near the Karlovo nam. station and the one at Národni třída.
