Globalworth is developing a luxury residential project in Bucharest. Set to go up on a 3,000 sqm plot on Nordului street, the scheme will include 50 apartments in two five-story housing blocks, totaling approximately 1,900 sqm. The two blocks will be joined by a cultural center that Globalworth is planning to develop within the project. The developer has been primarily focused on the office market up until now.
