Cushman & Wakefield strengthens Poland team with 12 new hires

Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its asset services, capital markets and office agency teams with 12 new hires.

Radosław Baran, Ewa Czuba, Katarzyna Dalak, Rafał Langer and Wojciech Stokowski joined the asset services team as property managers. Baran will oversee property management at the International Business Center. Czuba previously worked for Bell Capital Polska, where she was responsible for property management services for several office buildings and office and retail space leasing.

Dalak gained many years of experience in commercial property management, maintenance and administration from Hochtief FM, Sodexo, Metro Group and Johnson Controls. Langer previously worked for Ober-Haus and White Star Real Estate, where he was responsible for BTS warehouse and industrial property management. Stokowski previously worked for CBRE, DTZ Polska and CEFIC Polska.

Piotr Wiśniewski joined the Warsaw office as a property manager. He has eight years of commercial property management experience, having previously worked for Cream, Estate Fellows and Savills.

Rafał Wojciechowski was named senior property manager of the asset services team. He previously worked for Knight Frank and ISS Facility Services. Natalia Woropajew joined the asset services team as a credit control specialist. She previously worked for FCE Bank S.A. and PKP TELKOL sp. z o.o.

Magdalena Dudzicz joined the office agency as a negotiator. She gained professional experience working for CBRE, Immofinanz Services Poland and Sierra Balmain.

Waldemar Kurdziel-Åšwieczka was appointed director of the Klif shopping center in Warsaw, where he will oversee property management and administration. He previously worked for Coca-Cola Hellenic, Skanska and Sierra Balman.

Katarzyna Mosoń was named senior negotiator, responsible for business development within the Wrocław market. She previously worked for IWG Management.

Maciej Rostropowicz became a junior consultant with the capital markets team. He previously was part of Cushman & Wakefield’s research and consulting team.
