Daftcode renegotiates lease at Warsaw Spire

Daftcode has renegotiated its lease for office and retail space at Warsaw Spire. The Polish venture builder was represented by Cresa Poland. Daftcode occupies the 40th floor of the building, totaling 1,750 sqm of space. Cresa also renegotiated a lease on 230 sqm of retail space on the ground floor for DaftCafe, which opened at Warsaw Spire a couple of years ago. Daftcode and DaftCafe signed five-year leases. At 220 meters, Warsaw Spire is the tallest office tower in Poland. It offers more than 71,000 sqm of leasable space. It is located by the Daszyńskiego Roundabout, close to an M2 metro station. The owner of Warsaw Spire Tower is Immofinanz.
