Skanska Romania opened Equilibrium 1, the first building in its Equilibrium office project underway in northern Bucharest. The investment is valued at €37m. Equilibrium 1 is currently 61 percent leased and will be LEED Gold certified. Once completed, the Equilibrium complex will include two buildings with a total leasable area of 40,700 sqm. Skanska has been active in Romania since 2011.
