The Gdańsk-Północ District Court in Gdańsk has decided to relocate its Third Land and Mortgage Register Division from its head office on Piekarnicza street to the ZEFIR building in the Pomerania Office Park. The new office will occupy 2,000 sqm. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. ZEFIR is the first building of the Pomerania Office Park and is located on Żabi Kruk street in central Gdańsk. The four-story building offers 5,000 sqm of leasable space. The owner of the office building is Unimor Development S.A.
