Inopa has started construction of the C300 Office building on Marynarki Polskiej street in Gdańsk. The 10-story building is part of the revitalization of the city’s former shipyard area. The building will offer 13,800 sqm of leasable area. The investment will include a separate four-level car park for 218 vehicles as well as 47 parking spots at the rear and 120 spaces for bicycles with facilities for cyclists. The office building will be fitted with solar panels, electric vehicle battery charging stations and a rainwater tank for watering plants. The developer is applying for LEED certification for the project.
