Skanska purchased a 26,200 sqm plot in northern Bucharest from InteRo Property Development SRL. Skanska was assisted by the PeliPartners law firm. The developer is planning to build an office complex on the land. The project will include three office buildings in the immediate vicinity of the Jiului metro station. On the adjacent plot, InteRo Property Development SRL will complete an additional four office buildings also developed by Skanska. The seven buildings will form a unitary complex.
