WOOD & Company has acquired the 15,500 sqm office building The Greenline in Prague 4 from Karimpol International. Located in the heart of the Pankrac business district, the value of the deal has pushed the value of WOOD & Co.’s real estate portfolio to over €500m. The Greenline is home to tenants such as SCS Software, Huawei Technologies, Nordic Telecom 5G a Kia Motors Czech. “We cooperate with Karimpol International on a long-term basis and we’re pleased that we could find for its project The Greenline a major investors such as WOOD & Company and bring together the business interests of the companies,” said Tewfik Sabongui, Managing Partner of the Czech branch of Colliers International, which brokered the deal. “This transaction confirms that Czech investors are capable of winning ever larger assets from the institutional market for their real estate portfolios,” said Andy Thompson, director of the investment department of Colliers International.
