In an effort to meet the growing needs of small and medium-sized companies, TC Capital will sell its class A office project Hyperion Towers in sections. Buyers can purchase a 200 sqm section for €720 per sqm. Located Bucharest’s Pipera area, the scheme offers 40,000 sqm in two buildings. TC Capital, an investment and property development company, was by Ali Capa, a former shareholder of Anchor Grup.
