Frankforter Group has paid $103m for a 420-unit, class A apartment complex north of Fort Lauderdale. Atlantic Cypress Creek is currently 95 percent leased. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, movie theater, spa and swimming pool with cabanas. The deal was completed with a $74m mortgage arranged by FM Capital. The seller was an affiliate of Atlantic | Pacific Companies and Rockpoint Group.
