CPI Property Group has acquired the Eurocentrum office complex in Warsaw from Capital Park. Eurocentrum consists of the Alfa, Beta/Gamma and Delta buildings offering a total of 85,100 sqm of lease space, including 3,500 sqm of retail, service and restaurant space located on the ground floor of the complex in a public passage that connects all buildings. The property is fully occupied. Tenants include Unilever, COTY, Group One, Randstad, SAGE, PSE and Urząd Transportu Kolejowego. Eurocentrum has LEED Platinum certification.
