Local Government Board of Appeal has leased 2,500 sqm at the Vector + office building in Warsaw. Walter Herz assisted in selecting the location and negotiating the terms of lease. Relocation is scheduled for the four quarter of this year. The Vector + office building was commissioned in June. The investment includes a six-story tower as well as a 14-story tower, which are connected by a transparent glass corridor on the roof. The top floors of the towers, with a viewing terrace on one of them, were topped with open attics.
