Panattoni Europe has purchased a 7 ha land parcel in Częstochowa, where it plans to develop a new warehouse project. Cushman & Wakefield advised on the acquisition. Construction of Panattoni Park Częstochowa has already broke ground, with the first phase scheduled for delivery in February. The project is a class A logistics park that will offer 30,400 sqm in two buildings. The investment will feature modern office units and ample parking spaces and truck courts. The complex aims for BREEAM Good certification.
