AFI acquires period townhouse in Warsaw

AFI Europe has acquired a period townhouse at the junction of Nowy Świat and Książęca streets in Warsaw. The seller is Warszawskie Przedsiębiorstwo Geodezyjne, which was advised by CBRE. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. The property was built in 1910 for the Natanson family and offers 6,000 sqm. It is topped by a Rolex logo. Previously, AFI Europe purchased the Pekin building in Warsaw. The investment was constructed in 1899 and is located on Złota street in capital’s city center.
