More than 830,000 sqm of modern warehouse space was leased in Poland between June and September, according to Axi Immo. New lease agreements accounted for 56 percent of the total volume. During the three-month period, 990,000 sqm were added to the market, while an additional 1.85 million sqm remains under construction. The vacancy rate increased slightly to 6.2 percent in Q3, according to Axi Immo.
