Hamilton Zanze has purchased Oasis at Montclair Apartments, a 244-unit apartment community in Dumfries, Virginia, for $64.3m. The property, developed in 2014, is just 28 miles away from the soon-to-be-built Amazon HQ2 in Crystal City. Common amenities include a fitness center, a coffee bar and Internet cafe, a theater room, a resident clubhouse with a saltwater pool, a yoga room, a library and an outdoor fireplace with a TV. The deal was completed with a $44.1m loan provided from JLL through Freddie Mac.
