Trinova Real Estate, on behalf of Futureal Group, has acquired the Spectrum Building in Glasgow. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Located in the city’s central business district, the scheme offers more than 6,800 sqm of retail and office space. Office tenant include Arthur J Gallager, Hays Recruitment, Hogg Robinson and Resolvecall, while the retail space is occupied by Subway and Bright Horizons Nursery. Futureal’s portfolio currently includes more than 100 properties valued at €3bn. Futureal operates in the CEE region as well as Spain, Germany, Romania and the US.
