Scandia Food is planning to invest €30m to develop a residential project that will go up on a site that used to house one of its factories in Sibiu. The 70,000 sqm project will include 600 apartments, ranging from studios to four-room units, in seven buildings as well as more than 800 parking spots. The scheme will also include parks and green spaces, children’s play and relaxation areas and a bicycle track. Scandia is a canned food producer.
